Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and monitoring of SAP S/4HANA GROW and RISE environments, including integrations with internal and external systems.
• Build, maintain, and enhance custom applications on SAP BTP, leveraging components such as Integration Suite, Extension Suite, HANA Cloud, and Business Application Studio.
• Lead SAP security and compliance initiatives, including user provisioning, role management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) integrations.
• Deliver end-to-end project support for GROW and RISE conversions, upgrades, and enhancements, including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, and documentation.
• Develop scalable, resilient cloud architectures integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, and third-party applications.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, and communication to stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA GROW and RISE landscapes and associated cloud technologies (SAP BTP, ALM, IAS, IPS).
• Experience with at least one SAP GROW and one RISE implementation project.
• Practical expertise in SAP BTP components, SAP security concepts, API management tools, and integrations (XML web services, REST, SFTP, JavaScript).
• Development experience with BADI and ABAP, preferably on SAP Cloud Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a user‑centric mindset.
• SAP BTP certification and/or relevant certifications in security or cloud architecture (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Specialist - BTP) are a plus.
