Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for an SAP Consultant specializing in the SD module to provide functional expertise, manage project deliverables, and ensure effective process governance. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science, have 3–5 years of SD experience in SAP ECC6, and be adept at interfacing with external systems. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to system improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong in SD/OTC module with working experience.
• Well versed in SD/OTC module Masters, Tables, and Configuration.

Job Description & Requirements

• Provide SAP functional expertise in the SD module for both local and regional operations. MM knowledge is an advantage.
• Responsible to deliver any SAP project/enhancement on time
• Responsible for System & Process governance include Validates as-is VS to-be process flows and system integration from the user perspective, identifies potential workarounds for system changes or limitations, assesses level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities.
• Responsible for business requirement gathering, system design and providing solution to fulfil business requirement, and ensuring integration with other applications.
• Manage Deliverable documents (business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure and training documents to detail the business requirements)
• Responsible in validating test script and user coordination.
• Manage SAP Support ticket and ensure ticket closure & deliverable within agreed SLA
• Lead, facilitate or support system upgrading projects or new projects that introduce to regional subsidiaries
• Proactively propose system & process improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 / 5 years of SD hands‑on experience in SAP ECC6 Support and at least one end-to‑to‑end implementation cycle.
• Strong in SD/OTC module with working experience in supporting users.
• Well Versed with SD/OTC module Masters, Tables, Configuration, User Exits & BAPI.
• Good Knowledge in the interfaces with external systems using IDOC, XML and Flat File. Ariba experience is an advantage.
• Analytical, meticulous and have good sense in business process & troubleshooting.
• Ability to articulate and communicate with people of all levels in the organization.
• SAP SD experienced. Knowledge in MM/Ariba module is advantage.
• Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
