Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP professional to spearhead configuration and implementation of projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology, relevant experience in SAP modules, and proficiency in ABAP. Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills are essential. • Ensure SLAs are met for support tickets and escalations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

• Work closely with local and international teams for implementation;
• Provide post-implementation support as main point of contact;
• Ensure SLAs are met for support tickets and escalations;
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet client requirements.
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
