We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and production support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules, hands‑on provisioning access, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and SAP on complex issues and enhancements.
Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Central, Global Benefits, Recruiting, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) and security frameworks.
Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, email notifications, MDF objects, mass updates, and document generation.
Lead Global Benefits plan design, implementation, and support open enrollment activities.
Configure RMK career sites, Recruiting module workflows, and Recruiting‑to‑Employee Central mappings.
Configure and support Onboarding 2.0 processes, programs, forms, custom objects, UI, and email notifications.
Provide ongoing production support and incident resolution across all supported modules.
Perform tenant provisioning activities, including tenant refresh coordination, pre‑refresh and post‑refresh tasks across HXM, BizX, ONB, RMK, and LMS.
Support and manage SAP SuccessFactors upgrades including EC, Onboarding/Offboarding, Global Benefits, Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance, and Security.
Troubleshoot integration‑related issues including IAS/IPS.
Liaise directly with SAP for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalation management.
8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support.
Strong expertise in Employee Central and Global Benefits with end‑to‑end implementation experience.
Hands‑on experience with provisioning access and tenant administration.
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors security, RBP design, and troubleshooting.
Experience with document generation, offer letter configuration, and workflow automation.
Proven experience supporting SuccessFactors upgrades and releases.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong functional consulting experience with client‑facing or stakeholder‑facing roles.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Work on complex, enterprise‑scale SAP SuccessFactors programs
