Roles & Responsibilities

As a Hair salon manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while providing top‑notch services to our team and clients.

• Performing haircuts, color treatment, and styling services according to client.
• In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
• In charge of Stylist team sales target and overall salon sales target.
• Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
• Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock.
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards.
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
• Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
• Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
• Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
• Lead & training our team stylist to another tip top master level.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to salon policies.
• The most important is able to handle Expert client with blonde highlight.
