Job description

Overview: Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored for the student lifecycle, leveraging Education Data Architecture (EDA) and the new Education Cloud (OmniStudio-based) to enhance the learner experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Custom Dev: Build scalable features using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures).

• Architecture: Configure EDA objects to manage academic programs, affiliations, and student relationships.

• Automation: Design complex workflows via Salesforce Flow for admissions and student success.

• Integration: Connect Salesforce with SIS/LMS (e.g., Banner, Canvas) using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Portals: Develop student and alumni hubs via Experience Cloud.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency: Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow.

• Specialization: Strong grasp of the Education Cloud data model and OmniStudio.

• Integrations: Experience with middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and API development.

• Certs: Platform Developer I (required); Education Cloud Consultant or OmniStudio Developer (preferred).
