Job description

Roles:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline for all Salesforce applications, working with various vendor teams. Lead release planning, scheduling, and communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Technical Execution & Governance

• Utilize CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket to automate deployments and maintain a robust, repeatable process. Proactively identify and resolve deployment issues, and implement rollback strategies and post-deployment health checks. Ensure all changes adhere to organisational standards and Salesforce best practices. Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails for all deployment activities.

Environment Management

• Oversee the health and synchronisation of all Salesforce environments (2 as of now). Manage sandbox refreshes and ensure metadata consistency. Implement and monitor proactive measures to maintain system integrity and performance across all stages of the pipeline.
