A Singapore-based technology firm is seeking a Tech Lead for SalesForce Application development to empower the Enterprise Sales Team. This role involves developing an application to manage CRM-related tasks and creating a customer-facing portal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, UI/UX design, and web development. Strong skills in customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud are essential.
A new application is being developed to empower the WW Enterprise Sales Team in managing their sales use-cases and CRM-related requirements efficiently.
The core system will be built on Salesforce Sales Cloud, serving as an internal platform for sales representatives and managers to track, manage, and analyze enterprise sales activities. It will streamline workflows, enhance visibility into the sales pipeline, and integrate seamlessly with existing Salesforce modules.
In addition to the internal tool, an external, customer-facing portal will be created using Salesforce Digital Experience (Experience Cloud). This portal will allow customers and partners to interact with the sales team, submit requests, view updates, and manage collaboration more effectively.
