Job summary

A technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Order Management Specialist to oversee the entire customer and vendor order management process. Responsibilities include fulfillment management, interfacing with stakeholders, and improving quality and customer satisfaction. Job description

Responsible for the entire customer & vendor order management from customer engagement, quotation/PO, data tracking and delivery coordination. Order fulfillment management including pre/post-sales support and customer engagement.

Job Description
  1. Order fulfillment from early engagement, quotation to PO execution.
  2. Interface with Custom related to inbound and outbound.
  3. Interface with customer & internal stakeholders for all issues regarding order, planning (optimum stocking) and logistics support.
  4. Strong initiative to lead projects to improve quality & customer satisfaction.
  5. On Time Quotation/Contract Preparation.
  6. 1st level payment notice & confirmation.
  7. Work together with sales team to effective daily communication with customer to improve customer engagement and relationship.
Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Commercial.
  2. Enjoy working in sales support and inside sales environment.
  3. Familiar with custom regulations and requirement, export control. This knowledge and experience would be an added advantage.
  4. Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, SAP (Business One or R3) would be added advantage.
  5. Planning and organizing; attention to detail.
  6. Problem solving & decision-making skills.
  7. Able to work under pressure / good interpersonal skill in handling tough situations
  8. Team player / able to work independently.
  9. Proficient in English (written and spoken) to liaise with English-speaking stakeholders.
