Job Info:
  • Salary: Up to $5,000 basic + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Location: Within walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT
  • Company: Electronics manufacturing (Cable assembly, interconnects, and electronic contract manufacturing)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end execution of sales programs and customer projects
  • Act as the main liaison for both local and overseas customers
  • Provide operational and administrative support (RFQs, quotations, delivery dates, technical info, order status updates)
  • Process customer purchase orders and prepare documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, DOs and tax invoices
  • Coordinate with internal teams on delivery schedules and project requirements
  • Lead New Product Release / RFQ meetings and ensure all departments understand customer expectations
  • Follow up closely with internal teams to ensure timely production and on-time delivery
  • Arrange shipments with freight forwarders when required
  • Prepare marketing materials (write-ups, presentation slides)
  • Maintain accurate customer sales records and update contact information
  • Generate and analyse monthly and annual program/sales reports
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in program management, sales coordination, project support or similar roles
  • Experience with QAD ERP is an advantage
