Qualifications

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500

Job Summary

The Sales Support / Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, coordination with customers and suppliers, and timely delivery of goods. This role supports daily sales operations and logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

  • Perform accurate data entry of sales orders and related documentation

  • Coordinate sales orders with customers, factories, and freight forwarders

  • Arrange and monitor logistics and delivery schedules

  • Support stock take and inventory-related activities

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification; Diploma holders are welcome to apply

  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience in sales support, logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or related roles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with MYOB will be an advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Remuneration & Benefits
  • Monthly salary: SGD 3,500– SGD 4,500 (commensurate with experience)
