External Job Title: Sales Staff for Japanese Market (Associate Sales Manager) – Vacancy 1

Our company is aiming to expand our business in both the Japanese market and the global market. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Contributing to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Setting personal KPI and promoting sales activities.
  • Generating and nurturing leads, mainly online.
  • Interviewing, proposing, and closing leads.
  • Follow‑up with clients.
Required Skills and Experiences
  • Sales experience over 3 years.
  • Sales experience in IT industry.
  • Japanese (Proficient level) and working experience in Japanese.
  • Ability to move forward with persistence, and try & error until success is achieved.
  • Positive attitude and ability to move forward to achieve success against difficulties.
  • Report to Sales Manager or CEO.
  • Required languages: Japanese (Proficient level) and English (Intermediate level).
Nice to Have
  • Adequate literacy in IT, including software development.
  • Experience in setting up a sales team.
  • Experience in business planning and promotion.
  • Experience in working with external vendors and partners (outsourcing management experience).
