External Job Title: Sales Staff for Japanese Market (Associate Sales Manager) – Vacancy 1
Our company is aiming to expand our business in both the Japanese market and the global market. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Contributing to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Setting personal KPI and promoting sales activities.
- Generating and nurturing leads, mainly online.
- Interviewing, proposing, and closing leads.
- Follow‑up with clients.
Required Skills and Experiences
- Sales experience over 3 years.
- Sales experience in IT industry.
- Japanese (Proficient level) and working experience in Japanese.
- Ability to move forward with persistence, and try & error until success is achieved.
- Positive attitude and ability to move forward to achieve success against difficulties.
- Report to Sales Manager or CEO.
- Required languages: Japanese (Proficient level) and English (Intermediate level).
Nice to Have
- Adequate literacy in IT, including software development.
- Experience in setting up a sales team.
- Experience in business planning and promotion.
- Experience in working with external vendors and partners (outsourcing management experience).
- English (Intermediate level or more) and working experience in English.
- Business experience with foreign clients in English.
- Experience of working abroad.
- Experience in managing an organization.
