As a Sales / Senior Associate you will be responsible for all sales activities in the store, delivering quality and consistency of service, including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, selling, and delivering post‑sale services. Adecco is collaborating with numerous renowned premium retail brands with their respective high‑quality products. The Job
  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a refined luxury experience from the very first interaction.
  • Provide expert advice on collections, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through strong client engagement, upselling, and tailored service.
  • Foster long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and consistent follow‑up.
  • Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and uphold brand standards at all times.
The Talent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, or premium hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets within a consultative sales setting.
