Job Scope

• Promote waterproofing, floor coating, and construction chemical solutions to contractors, applicators, and distributors
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, and industry professionals to drive project specifications
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including hardware retail channels
• Provide technical support and product presentations to clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• Min. 3 years sales experience in waterproofing, coatings, construction chemicals, or related trades
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Possess valid driving licence and own vehicle
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
• Team player with strong client relationship skills
