Job Summary

You will lead customer and account support activities by providing technical and commercial expertise to strengthen relationships with key local customers. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and management teams to deliver tailored solutions, support project execution, and drive business growth through technical sales and market insights.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical and commercial support to assigned key customer accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary technical-commercial liaison for customers, resolving technical, delivery, and escalation issues in coordination with internal teams
  • Support project execution, contract renewals, and variations by providing technical guidance and commercial input
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between management, engineering, and local sales teams to align solutions with operational capabilities
  • Provide technical sales support by preparing and delivering presentations, solution proposals, and product demonstrations to customers
  • Contribute technical expertise during pricing discussions and contract negotiations to ensure feasible and competitive offerings
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer engagement by introducing additional technical solutions and services
  • Monitor local market trends, customer demands, and competitor technical offerings to inform sales strategies and product positioning
  • Ensure adherence to consistent sales processes, pricing discipline, and commercial governance across customer engagements
  • Assist in account planning and pipeline management to support accurate sales forecasting and reporting activities
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM / Salesforce data for customer accounts and sales opportunities to enable effective market intelligence sharing
  • Report technical risks, customer concerns, and retention opportunities promptly to management for proactive resolution
  • Participate in maintaining 5S workplace standards and conduct safety and health risk assessments to uphold Workplace Health and Safety (WSH) compliance
  • Report WSH incidents following company procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety
  • Adopt and utilize company technologies, electronic tools, and devices to support operational efficiency and technology implementation projects
  • Assist in reviewing records and information to evaluate the effectiveness of work processes and procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related discipline)
  • Interest in technical sales, customer engagement, and solution-based selling
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills to effectively engage technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Willingness to learn about products, systems, and market applications relevant to rigging and lifting solutions
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel locally for customer visits when required
