Overview

Basic Salary: $3,000 - $4,000; Performance Bonus: Based on KPI; 1 day WFH; Work Location: Kaki Bukit (walking distance from Ubi / Kaki Bukit MRT).

Job Scopes
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Work with clients to source IT hardware and related products, adopting a solution-focused approach to address complex supply chain challenges.
  • Sales Support: Support the Sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, and related documentation. Generate sales reports and dashboards to guide business decision-making.
  • Order Management: Monitor order timelines, track inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Presidio’s product portfolio, vendor landscape, and catalogue offerings.
  • Supplier & Manufacturer Relations: Manage day-to-day communications and agreements with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of processes to drive efficiency and service quality.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work with suppliers and warehouse teams to arrange order dispatch and delivery schedules.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their workflows and aligning them with Presidio’s operations.
  • Finance Support: Collaborate with the Finance team to track outstanding invoices, follow up on pending deliveries, and monitor supplier credit limits.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports (e.g., SLA, KPI metrics) to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple administrative and operational tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in computing, data entry, and ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in the IT distribution or reseller channel will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
