A local indoor farm company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to enhance B2B customer experience. This hands-on role involves maintaining product information, preparing sales materials, and ensuring effective communication with customers. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or similar industries, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. We are a fast growing indoor farm specialising in edible flowers and specialty microgreens, supplying hotels, restaurants, caterers and F&B businesses. Our focus is on quality, freshness and reliability for professional kitchens. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy supporting sales execution and improving the B2B customer buying experience. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the founder.
This role is part of the sales team and works closely with the founder to support B2B sales execution. The role focuses on sales operations and sales experience, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate and timely information, and that sales activities are well supported operationally.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, suitable for someone with working experience who enjoys supporting sales teams and improving how customers experience buying from us.
Maintain and update product catalogues, price lists and product availability information
Prepare sales materials and information required for customer meetings and follow-ups
Coordinate with admin and operations on orders, deliveries and documentation
Maintain basic customer records and track sales activities
Prepare and execute WhatsApp broadcast communications to B2B customers (product availability, updates and promotions)
Ensure customer communications are clear, accurate and timely
Support follow-ups after sales meetings, sample deliveries and customer visits
Assist in re-engaging dormant customers and supporting repeat orders
Support and improve sales-related processes, including sample preparation, tracking and follow-up
Help organise customer lists and sales information for efficient follow-up
Identify and flag issues that may affect customer buying experience or sales efficiency
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in sales support, commercial operations, business development support or similar B2B roles
Experience in F&B, hospitality, FMCG, agriculture or supply-driven businesses is an advantage
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field preferred
Candidates with relevant working experience will be considered regardless of academic background
Strong execution and follow-through mindset
Well-organised, detail-oriented and reliable
Comfortable working closely with a founder in a small team environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Able to prepare clean, professional and easy-to-understand sales materials
Basic presentation and formatting skills (e.g. Google Docs, PowerPoint, Canva)
Advanced design, branding or creative skills are not required

Work closely with the founder and see the direct impact of your work
