Role Summary & Benefits

Job Scope

• Support full sales program and customer project execution while serving as the main liaison for local and overseas clients.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, POs, invoicing, delivery updates, and technical information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements, lead NPI/RFQ discussions, and ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Arrange shipments with freight forwarders and prepare marketing materials including write-ups and presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and analyse monthly/annual program reports.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Administration, Business, Sales, Marketing Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in program management, sales coordination, project support, or similar functions.
• Electronic Manufacturing working exposure is preferred
