A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage sales activities and provide post-sales support. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and offers a salary range of SGD 2,600 - SGD 4,000.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in sales administration or customer service preferred.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to support the sales lifecycle.
• Manage sales activities including processing orders and billing.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions in line with guidelines.
• Provide administrative support, ensuring high service standards.
• Prepare and submit work-related reports, including revenue forecasts.
• Assist the Sales Team in timely order provisioning and deployment.
• Perform customer care tasks including phone handling and admin duties.
• Prepare and issue quotations promptly.
• Manage client enquiries professionally and promptly.
