About our the offer you would be in charge :

The sales of tableware has always been our main product offer. We cover a large range of needs for any OS&E required by Hotels. Our portfolio of brands that we sole-distribute as well as our top-notch customer service allow us to supply the best hotels and restaurants in Singapore.

Your future role & responsibilities

You will be involved in the whole Sales & Business Developement process, and be in direct contact with customers on daily basis :

  • Cold calling & door-to-door & emailing prospects to set appointment
  • Main targeted customers will be Chefs, Purchasing Managers, F&B Managers, Restaurant Managers, Chief Stewards, Housekeepers...
  • Meeting, collecting needs and presenting our offer
  • Preparing proposals and negotiating with customers
  • Following up, closing and managing the customer relationship
The candidate we are looking for

The applicant needs to have at least 3-5 years prior in B2B sales to hotels. We will only consider candidates with a strong existing network in hotels in Singapore.

You mainly need to have a good personality as followed:

  • positive mindset & strong energy to daily hunt for new customers EVERYDAY
  • ability to manage rejections on a daily basis
  • strong ambition to generate sales and grow with us
  • good customer relationship management to manage long sales process
  • be responsive and customer focus
  • knowledge, experience and netword in the hotel industry is required. Candidates without existing contacts in hotels will not be considered.
  • integrity, professionalism and team spirit are non-negociable
