What you will do
  • Hunt Relentlessly: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.
  • Engage C‑Level Decision Makers: Build strong relationships with CEOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders, advising them on strategic growth through technology.
  • Consult & Solve: Position Gradion’s software development and digital consulting capabilities as solutions to real business challenges.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: From lead generation to contract closure — manage every stage with precision and confidence.
  • Collaborate & Deliver: Work with technical and consulting teams to create tailored proposals, ensuring what you sell is what we deliver — exceptionally.
  • Crush Targets: Consistently exceed sales goals while maintaining integrity, customer satisfaction, and long‑term relationships.
What you will bring
