Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts and market segments.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including RFQs, pricing, and negotiations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for major customers and distributors on all issues.

  • Represent customer requirements to internal teams (production, operations, quality, and management) to ensure effective, customer-first solutions.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts, internal stakeholders (HQ, regional, and U.S. sales teams), and distribution partners.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and partners to strengthen engagement and alignment.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive mutual growth and profitability.

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.

  • Proven track record in sales & marketing of semiconductors or components.

  • Extensive knowledge of the electronics industry in South East Asia is desirable.
