Job description
  • Build and expand a customer portfolio for engines, spare parts and equipment servicing sales within the Industrial, Marine and Offshore.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service while developing strong client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving established sales targets and maintaining optimal profit margins.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to seize opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and provide necessary support to clients.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Submit regular performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements for all stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification, preferably in Business or Engineering.
  • Prior sales experience in Marine, Commercial and Owner Accounts is desirable.
  • Familiarity with marine spare parts sales is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, integrity, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Capable of managing tasks professionally, independently, and effectively under tight deadlines.
