Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update corporate accounts and booking records, ensuring an accurate client database.

• Record and update client profiles in the Property Management System following sales calls or telemarketing activities.

• Establish and maintain contracts with corporate accounts to generate ongoing business.

• Promote and strengthen relationships with key accounts and potential business sources.

• Represent the hotel’s corporate image professionally in all interactions.

• Conduct sales calls or telemarketing with at least 25 corporate accounts per week.

• Understand clients’ preferences and customize group packages accordingly.

• Entertain clients or prospective clients to secure business opportunities.

• Conduct site inspections at the hotel as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

• Strong ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

• Availability to commence work within reasonable notice.
