The Sales Manager will be responsible to develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy and support to expand catering sales to institutional, corporate and public clients. He/she will manage the sales team, analyse sales data and market trends, develop and execute marketing activities/campaigns, maintain good relationship with key clients and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for the company
• Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Analyse sales data, market trends and consumer behaviour
• Participate and secure catering contracts from government tenders and corporate companies tenders
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
• Good rapport building with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
• Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing metrics to senior management

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
