The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to actively growVisionnaire’s client portfolio by identifying, engaging, and securing newbusiness opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this rolefocuses on opening new client relationships, building a qualified pipeline,and converting opportunities into confirmed projects. The Sales Managerworks closely with Account Management, Creative, and Production teams to ensureclient needs are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
This role is ideal for a commercially mindedprofessional who enjoys opening doors, values ownership, and is motivated bylearning, exposure, and visible impact within a boutique agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities acrosstargeted industries
- Actively prospect and engage potential clients through outreach,networking, and industry events
- Lead initial client engagement, discovery discussions, andcommercial qualification
- Own the sales process from first contact through to commercialagreement and project confirmation, with a strong focus on new clientacquisition
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Contribute directly to revenue growth through consistent dealconversion
- Work closely with the Account Management team to brief client needs,objectives, and expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements areclearly understood and effectively addressed in proposals
- Represent Visionnaire in client meetings, presentations, andexternal engagements
- Ensure structured and timely handover of confirmed projects to theAccount Management team
- Support multiple opportunities and projects concurrently, from smallactivations to large-scale events
- Provide on-site support for key projects when required to maintainclient relationship continuity

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum GCE “A” Level qualification
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a relatedcommercial role
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or B2Bservices is an advantage
- Experience in FMCG, MICE, travel retail or fintech sales experienceis a plus
- Familiarity with the Singapore market is preferred
- Proven ability to source, develop, and close new businessopportunities
- Willingness to be hands-on and support on-site event execution whenrequired
