About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales performance within the commercial kitchen equipment sector. The ideal candidate brings strong sales experience, industry knowledge, and leadership capabilities to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across local and regional markets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, catering operators, hotels, and foodservice providers.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve team sales objectives.
  • Monitor performance, provide guidance, and support professional development.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage escalations, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Market & Product Expertise
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to internal teams based on customer feedback and market demand.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking systems, refrigeration, dishwashing, and food prep equipment.
Sales Operations
  • Lead negotiation discussions and manage contract closures.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3 – 5 years of sales experience in commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets, especially in high-value and long-cycle sales environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
