A media company in Singapore is looking for a Market Solution Lead to develop and execute sales packages to reinforce the presence of its products. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of sales experience in the media industry, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires working closely with various teams to promote integrated media solutions and achieve sales targets.

As a market solution lead, you will be involved in developing and executing sales packages aimed at developing new businesses and reinforcing the presence of the Chinese Media Group (CMG) products in the current and new regional markets. You will work closely with the Editorial team, as well as the community engagement, content licensing, regional partnership and Branding and Marketing teams to promote and sell integrated media solutions across the various CMG platforms, ranging from print, digital, young audience, radio to out-of-home media, to businesses. This includes drafting of sales proposals and preparation of client presentations.
Also, you are expected to grow and exceed personal sales targets as an individual, and be part of a bigger team to drive revenue as a whole. You will also be required to carry out markets, competitors and clients intelligence gathering.
