Location: Singapore

Based in Singapore, this role reports directly to the Division Sales & Marketing Director and is part of an international leadership team of four Sales Managers. You will hold full commercial responsibility for the division’s sales activities across Asia Pacific and China, playing a pivotal role in driving growth, market presence, and long-term customer partnerships in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the division’s Sales & Marketing strategy, ensuring strong regional alignment with global objectives.
  • Lead and expand strategic customer relationships, proactively developing a robust and sustainable commercial network across Asia Pacific and China.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, including cabin modification programs, repair solutions, and spare parts development.
  • Structure, negotiate, and manage complex commercial offers and contracts in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Customer Support, Front Office, Legal, and Sales colleagues from other divisions.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to customers, ensuring long-term value creation and customer satisfaction.
Profile & Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior sales or commercial roles within the aerospace sector, including proven success with customers in Asia Pacific and China.
  • Strong knowledge of the aeronautics industry, its key stakeholders, and aftermarket dynamics.
  • Highly driven and resilient, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and sustain senior-level customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contractual documentation.
  • Full professional fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory to effectively manage the China market.
