A leading hospitality company is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop new business and manage existing accounts in Singapore. This role involves mentoring new team members, achieving sales targets, and engaging with clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets. Responsible for developing new accounts within the assigned market segment and maintaining/servicing existing corporate accounts
To be a mentor to new team members providing relevant guidance
Develop new business in the market with focus on cold calling, networking and incoming leads
Study the current market trends and identify improvements
Implement the sales plan
Pursue monthly set targets
Oversee the sales administrative duties
Organize guests' events
Requirements:
Minimum diploma qualification
At least 3 years’ experience in a proactive sales role in hospitality industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Demonstrate good managerial skills within the team
Mandarin speaking is critical in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates/clients

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Rotating one Sat per month shift 8 to 4pm)
