The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategic accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth in accordance with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and execute structured sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers, distributors, and wholesale partners

  • Expand market presence within the beauty, medical, and related product segments

  • Conduct professional sales presentations, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements

  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support strategic planning

  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and after-sales support

  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably within beauty, medical products, pharmaceuticals, or wholesale trade

  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets
