Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Attend to new sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive development of new products and markets
  • Develop, monitor, and review monthly sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Consolidate and contribute to group sales reports
  • Provide pricing guidance for RFQs and conduct product and sales training for the team
  • Manage key suppliers, including product sourcing, pricing, and technical support coordination
  • Plan and conduct customer visits for both local and overseas markets; prepare trip and visit reports
  • Attend and represent the company at business networking events, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Review subsidiary sales pipeline meeting minutes and provide guidance where necessary
  • Oversee order processing, delivery follow-ups, and market expansion for assigned countries
  • Drive cross-selling of all company products across customer accounts
  • Coach, guide, and evaluate sales team performance
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with proven team leadership experience
  • Prior experience in the gas industry or related industrial sectors is strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on sales capability
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas
  • Possess a valid driving licence
  • Transport and cash card allowances will be provided
