Job summary

A design consultancy firm based in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage sales inquiries and undertake interior design projects. The role involves preparing proposals, presenting conceptual designs, and overseeing project coordination. Ideal candidates should be sales-driven with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a solid understanding of design tools like Illustrator, AutoCAD, or Sketch-up. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant interior design and selling experience in Singapore.
  • Able to handle customers' inquiries during off-work hours or weekends.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle sales enquiries
  • Prepare proposal and quotation based on customers' requirements and design
  • Propose and present conceptual design to the customer
  • Project coordination and site supervision
  • Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project completion
  • Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion
  • Advise clients on space planning and design concepts
  • Generate quotations based on clients’ requirements
  • Scheduling and coordination for renovation
  • Assist in material proposal and product sourcing
  • Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation
  • Travel to the renovation site during the renovation period
  • Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with customers on time
Requirements
  • Full Commission-based or Basic + Commission
  • Positive attitude, sales-driven and highly self-motivated
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and timelines
  • Able to handle customers' inquiries during off-work hours or weekendsMust possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Has prior knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD or Sketch-up
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant interior design and selling experience in Singapore.
