An innovative ERP solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales / Functional Consultant to engage clients, understand business processes, and implement Odoo ERP solutions. This role demands strong skills in ERP sales, client presentation, and documentation, working closely with both clients and technical teams. We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Functional Consultant who enjoys both business discussions and system implementation. This role sits at the intersection of sales, business analysis, and ERP delivery, working closely with clients and our technical team to implement Odoo ERP solutions.
You will engage with prospects, understand their business processes, demonstrate Odoo, and translate requirements into functional solutions that deliver real value.
Engage prospects and clients to understand their business processes and pain points
Conduct Odoo product demos and solution presentations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution scopes
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers
Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, etc.)
Support ERP implementations, UAT, and user training
Act as the main bridge between clients and the technical team
Build long-term relationships and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Experience in ERP / Business Software / SaaS sales or consulting
Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Projects)
Ability to communicate clearly with both business users and technical teams
Confident in client presentations and demos
Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup / SME environment
Good documentation and requirement-gathering skills
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
Background in Accounting, Operations, or Supply Chain
Experience as an ERP Functional Consultant
Familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow tools
Odoo certification(s)
