Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Salesforce Developer / Low-Code Engineer to contribute to a transformation program. You'll implement technical solutions using Salesforce capabilities, lead configuration efforts, and manage integration work. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of both low-code and pro-code environments. A Salesforce Developer certification is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory Salesforce Developer Certification — Platform Developer I or equivalent.

Role Summary

This position offers a strong opportunity to contribute to a Salesforce transformation program involving integrations, low-code design, automation, and component-driven development. As a Salesforce Developer / Low-Code Engineer, you will work closely with Developers, Admins, Configuration Managers, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will be responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Salesforce across multiple functional areas. The role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is comfortable working across both low-code and pro-code development models.

2. Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Duties)
Technical Delivery
  • Execute hands-on implementation using both low-code and pro-code Salesforce capabilities.
  • Lead configuration, design, and deployment activities across various Salesforce modules.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for solution architecture, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Develop components using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Build and maintain Lightning community templates, LWC components, and advanced automation flows.
Project Leadership
  • Serve as the technical lead for assigned Salesforce initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop approaches to address complex technical and architectural challenges.
  • Contribute to solution documentation, design validations, and technical governance practices.
Integration & Data Work
  • Build integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and third-party integration frameworks.
  • Support data migration and data quality activities aligned with business rules.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across interconnected systems.
Analysis & Collaboration
  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, track progress, and communicate updates proactively.
  • Perform unit testing, resolve defects, and maintain a high standard of code quality.
General Responsibilities
  • Stay composed under pressure and contribute effectively across all delivery phases.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and related project activities as needed.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of new Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.
Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and platform capabilities.
  • Proven experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and LWC development.
  • Solid knowledge of declarative tools: Flows, workflows, validation rules, objects, and data models.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills for working with business teams, technical teams, and leadership.
