Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target clients in the packaging or kitchen equipment industry.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or kitchen equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Familiarity with packaging or kitchen equipment products is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • West location preferred.
