An international hospitality brand in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to enhance group and catering sales opportunities. The role entails proactive management of high-revenue potential gatherings, upselling catering packages, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group with meeting/catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. Managing group/catering opportunities not handled by the Event Booking Center. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over to the Event Management team properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Responsible for driving customer/guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer/guest experience. Provides service to customers in order to grow the account on behalf of the company.
