What You Will Be Doing

• Actively prospect, cold call, and hunt for new corporate clients across Singapore
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Secure new recruitment mandates and convert opportunities into revenue
• Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximise repeat and referral business
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track sales activities and pipeline performance using CRM tools
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and client hiring demands

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields
• 1–5 years of strong B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable with cold calling, client pitching, and objections handling
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• For Manager level: experience managing key accounts and driving team sales performance is preferred
