We are seeking for a driven and strategic Sales Executive to expand our distributor and dealer network across Malaysia and Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving sales of vehicle service parts by optimizing market coverage, enhancing product visibility and coverage, and cultivating strong commercial relationships. Job Description
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers in Malaysia and Singapore, including prospecting new partners, analyzing their needs, providing customized proposals, and maintaining strong long-term relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure visibility and coverage of our products across distributor and dealer channels.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and dealers to align goals and strategies.
  • Carry out negotiations with distributors and dealers on pricing, terms, contracts, promotions, and merchandising execution.
  • Monitor distributor performance, provide guidance, and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, trade marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Provide product support by serving as a liaison between the engineers, manufacturers, distributors, and dealers, ensuring accurate communication and timely resolution of product inquiries.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, distributor management, or channel development.
  • Proven track record in a B2B sales environment, preferably in automotive parts or related industry.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin/Malay would be an added advantage).
  • This position will be based in Kaki Bukit.
