Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales growth in the HoReCa channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, and Institutions). The role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring strong product presence while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Account Management
- Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafés, institutions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of trade with clients.
- Monitor client orders, payments, and resolve issues promptly.
Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual HoReCa targets.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns, promotions, and product launches in the HoReCa sector.
Operations & Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (production, logistics, admin, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock availability and forecast demand based on customer requirements.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for HoReCa-specific needs.
Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
- Track and report on KPIs, including sales performance, new client acquisition, and retention rates.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HoReCa or FMCG.
- Strong network and knowledge of the HoReCa industry is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and meet clients regularly.
