This role focuses on generating revenue, managing client relationships, and promoting the restaurant’s offerings to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including group bookings and events
  • Manage enquiries related to reservations, private events, and corporate functions
