Job summary

A recruitment agency in maritime services seeks a professional to develop and manage a client portfolio. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients including shipowners, ship managers, offshore operators, ports, terminals, and marine contractors.

  • Promote commercial diving services such as underwater inspection, hull cleaning, propeller polishing, UWILD support, repairs, and offshore diving works.

  • Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the client base.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.

  • Liaise closely with operations and diving teams to ensure accurate scope definition and service delivery.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and onboard visits when required.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client requirements within the maritime and offshore sector.

  • Support contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of sales.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience within the maritime, offshore, or marine services industry.

  • Exposure tocommercial diving servicesis highly advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of ship operations, port environments, or offshore activities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to attend site visits, vessels, and offshore locations when required.
