  • Salary: Up to $4,000 Basic + Monthly Commission
  • Strong basic salary with an uncapped monthly commission structure based on B2C sales.
  • Located at WCEGA Plaza, the heart of Singapore's automotive trade in the West.
  • Engage with both walk-in enthusiasts and online leads through digital platforms.
  • Shift from transactional sales to building long-term car grooming and maintenance partnerships with regular clients.

Our Client is a premium automotive grooming and detailing specialist located in the busy WCEGA Plaza. They pride themselves on high-quality workmanship, from ceramic coatings to comprehensive engine maintenance packages. As the automotive industry shifts towards vehicle longevity and aesthetic upkeep, the company is expanding its sales team to capture the growing demand for professional car care suites. They offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment where sales-driven individuals can excel by providing expert advice to car owners.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell car care, detailing, grooming, and maintenance packages to walk-in and call-in customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages or add-on services.
  • Handle inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, or company website).
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with service bookings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and follow up on customer feedback.
  • Keep updated on new promotions, pricing, and services offered.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, or promotional events when required.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service; experience within the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to explain technical services in a way that resonates with car owners.
  • Highly sales-driven, confident, and able to work independently to close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of car grooming, coating, or general maintenance is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, social media platforms).
  • Willingness to work a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) to cater to peak customer traffic.
Other Information
  • Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
  • Primarily B2C (Business-to-Consumer).
  • Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales or Sales Management role as the outlet expands.
