Role Overview
Drive enrolment and corporate training sales for WSQ-funded and non-funded programmes by engaging individual learners (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B). Promote training solutions and support workforce upskilling initiatives aligned with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
B2C Sales (Individual Learners)
- Promote WSQ and other training programmes to walk-in, online, and referred learners
- Provide accurate course advisory, funding eligibility guidance (e.g. SkillsFutureCredit, subsidies), and enrolment support
- Follow up on enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM system
- Assist learners with registration, documentation, and course confirmation
- Achieve enrolment targets and conversion rate
- Participate in roadshows, career fairs, and outreach events
B2B Sales (Corporate Clients)
- Identify and engage corporate clients for workforce training and upskilling needs
- Promote WSQ, customised training, and in-house programme
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable solution
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
- Liaise with trainers, operations, and programme teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain long-term client relationships and account management
Sales Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales records, enrolment data, and CRM updates
- Support grant-related documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with operations on class scheduling, confirmations, and post-course follow‑ups
- Ensure adherence to SSG and internal policies
Requirements
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in sales, training, education, or service-related industries preferred
- Knowledge of WSQ / SkillsFuture funding frameworks is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Comfortable with phone, digital, and face-to-face sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
