Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a permanent role focused on managing multiple sales channels across the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will lead a sales team, execute sales strategies, and foster strong customer relationships. Candidates must hold a Diploma in Business and possess a valid Class 3 Driving License. This role offers a basic salary of up to $3,300 plus allowances and bonuses.

Qualifications

Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8am-5.30pm)

Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing multiple sales channels, including On-Premise, Minimart and Provision (Independent & Key Accounts), Wholesalers/Distributors, Food Services, and Events.

  • Implement and uphold discipline, processes, and routines within the team.

  • Lead through active feedback, coaching, and continuous guidance, serving as an advisor, motivator, and trainer to the Sales Team.

  • Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and maintain high standards for in-store and operational implementation.

  • Drive vertical growth within existing customers by conducting route rides with Sales Representatives.

  • Achieve horizontal growth within the assigned area by acquiring new businesses through regular market visits.

  • Act as a backup Sales Representative during staff leave, ensuring uninterrupted service.

  • Build strong customer relationships and gather market intelligence through regular engagement, including attending outlet openings and relevant events.

  • Oversee Accounts Receivable collection and maintain a healthy collection cycle.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business or its equivalent

  • Possess own vehicle (car) with a valid Class 3 Driving License

  • Sales experience in FMCG industry or related field
