What You Will Be Doing

This role combines inside sales, account management, and light creative support — perfect for someone who enjoys both people and process.

Sales & Client Management
  • Follow up on warm leads passed from our discovery team to drive conversions.
  • Manage and grow your assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities within new and existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting ideas, products, or branding options.
Client Support & Coordination
  • Proactively follow up with customers on quotations, artwork, stock availability, and project timelines.
  • Create basic mockup artwork, such as placing corporate logos on product images.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to monitor production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Product Knowledge & Market Insight
  • Stay updated on new trends, materials, and product categories.
  • Continuously sharpen your understanding of our catalogue to improve sales performance.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy working in a lively, collaborative, and high-energy team.
  • Are comfortable with client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings).
  • Can handle multiple projects while staying organised and calm under pressure.
  • Have a proactive personality and enjoy engaging with clients.
  • Are proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Can speak conversational Mandarin to liaise with suppliers (advantageous but not compulsory).
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over your clients and tasks.
