Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to increase product and service sales for the organizations across different industries by researching, planning, developing and implementing various promotional strategies.
- Responsible for the business development and the exploration of sales for company products and services to new or current clients
- Responsible for the company marketing/promotional strategies
- Familiar with the company’s internal departments coordination and the liaising of the operational procedures to client / project
- Familiar with the company’s products and services to provide adequate and appropriate introduction and sales pitch to potential new or current clients
- Responsible for the monitoring of new awarded projects, clients, new development or other recommendation of opportunities, through the official means from related website or personal communication
- Responsible for the approach to client / project, understanding of needs requirement & estimated budget, proposal of company products and services and coordinate with Business Development Deputy Director and Managing Director for the development of quotation. To finalize quotation and coordinate with client / project for approval
- For all approved client / project, coordinate with Product Development or Operational Team for the agreed clauses and services stipulated, to ensure the smooth operational procedures flow for the client / project
- To follow up with the client / project on the product and services provided to ensure all feedback or requirements are duly communicated and handled
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- At least 1-3 years of industry sales experience
- Familiar or working experiences related to construction industry and its operations
- Basic technical knowledge in construction digitalization system
- Required skills: interpersonal and networking, presentation, sales, customer service, communication and analytical skills
