About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive ( Biochar Fertilizer from Poultry Manure) to drive the growth of our biochar fertilizer business. This role offers the opportunity to explore diverse markets not limited to Singapore, but also globally, build customer networks, and contribute directly to the company’s sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and develop new customers across various sectors and regions, with flexibility to explore opportunities based on market needs and individual business development skills;
• Achieve sales targets and ensure smooth execution of contracts and payments;
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent service and follow-up;
• Monitor market trends locally and globally, gather competitor insights, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven sales or business development experience; background in agriculture, fertilizers, or horticulture preferred;
• Strong communication and relationship management skills;
• Market awareness and basic data analysis ability to develop sales strategies independently;
• Proactive, target-driven, with strong execution and ability to work under pressure;
• Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary: SGD 2,800 + Commission + Bonus
• Overtime allowance as per MOM regulations
• Other benefits as per company policy
