This is asales-focused roleresponsible for driving student enrolment through lead conversion, outreach, and pipeline management. You will represent the centre to parents and students via walk-ins, calls/WhatsApp, events, and community outreach, while supporting front desk operations and parent communications.
You will earn acompetitive basic salary plus commission, includingon-target commission of approximately $24,000, withunlimited upsidebased on performance.
Achieve monthly enrolment targets across the centre’s programmes.
Convert inbound enquiries and warm leads through consultative selling and clear programme recommendations.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
Present programme information (class formats, schedules, suitability, learning plans), address objections, and close enrolments.
Support and participate in recruitment activities such as open houses, trial class promotions, school/community outreach, and recruitment events.
Proactively generate leads through referrals, partnerships, community touchpoints, and local marketing initiatives.
Provide on-the-ground feedback to improve marketing messages and lead quality.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline: lead tracking, follow-up cadence, conversion updates, and reporting.
Ensure accurate records of enquiries, next steps, and outcomes in the centre’s tracking tools/CRM.
Prepare regular updates on pipeline health and conversion performance.
Coordinate onboarding from registration to first lesson: class placement, scheduling, and parent communications.
Liaise with parents on queries, lesson arrangements, and student progress updates (in coordination with teachers).
Monitor service quality: feedback collection, parent experience, and basic checks on teacher delivery standards (with management oversight).
Support smooth front desk operations during assigned shifts.
