Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. This role involves conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain regular communication with clients to understand their logistics needs.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all sales activities are accurately documented in the CRM system.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support the company’s overall revenue objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, pricing changes, and competitor activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or manager.
Requirements:

1–5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Keen enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales and international logistics.
  • Proficient in communicating clearly and working collaboratively with others.
  • Highly self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
